These terms govern use of PayGate by merchants. By creating an account you agree to them.
Live payments are enabled only after we verify your business and bank details. We may reject, suspend or close accounts at our discretion or as required by law or our banking partners.
You may accept payments only for lawful goods and services. Prohibited: illegal goods, gambling/betting where unlawful, adult content, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, pyramid schemes, and any activity banned by RBI, NPCI or card-network rules.
Fees (MDR) and GST are shown in your dashboard and are deducted from each captured payment. Settlements are made to your verified bank account on the cycle shown in the dashboard, net of fees, refunds, chargebacks and any reserve.
You are responsible for refunds to your customers and for chargebacks and fraud losses arising from your transactions. We may hold or recover funds to cover them.
Keep API secrets confidential, verify every payment signature on your server, and report suspected compromise immediately. Test mode involves no real money.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Our liability is limited to the fees we received for the transaction concerned, to the extent permitted by law. Indian law applies; courts at our registered office city have jurisdiction.
