Refund & Cancellation Policy

PayGate is a payment platform; the goods or services are sold by the merchant you paid. Refund eligibility is decided by that merchant's own policy.

How refunds work

• The merchant initiates a full or partial refund from their PayGate dashboard or API.
• The refund is returned to the original payment method.
• Typical timelines: UPI 1–5 working days; cards and netbanking 5–7 working days, depending on the bank.

Failed payments

If money was debited but the payment shows failed or pending, it is normally reversed automatically by the bank within 5–7 working days. If not, write to [support email] with the payment ID.

Platform fees

Fees on a refunded transaction are not returned to the merchant unless stated otherwise in the merchant agreement.
